Terms & Conditions – Zoom Bali Rental
Please read these terms before renting. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
You must be at least 18 years old.
A valid license that allows you to ride a scooter or motorbike is required.
You must be able to ride safely and confidently.
All bookings are made through WhatsApp.
Payment is accepted in cash or by card upon scooter delivery.
Minimum rental is 2 days. For 1-day rentals, the 2-day rate applies.
No passport or deposit is needed — just ID verification.
Every rental includes damage cover with a capped cost:
Up to USD 200 for 110cc–125cc scooters
Up to USD 350 for 150cc–200cc scooters
This cover does not include theft, reckless use, or off-road riding.
Lost or damaged items will be charged as follows:
Remote key: USD 100
Regular key: USD 10
Helmet: USD 15
Vehicle registration: USD 100
Scooters are for use only in Bali, and cannot be used by someone other than the registered renter.
Helmets must be worn at all times (2 helmets provided).
You are responsible for all traffic violations, fines, or illegal use during the rental period.
Return the scooter with the same fuel level it was delivered with.
We do not refund fuel if you return it with a full tank.
Each scooter comes with 2 helmets and a phone holder.
If you get a flat tire during your trip, you are responsible for repairing it.
If the scooter is delivered with a damaged or worn-out tire that needs replacement, we will pay 100% of the replacement cost.
We offer free delivery and pickup within central Ubud.
If pickup or return happens at a different location, an extra fee may apply depending on distance from Ubud.
Once registration is completed, no refunds for daily or weekly rentals.
For monthly rentals, cancellation refunds will be 50% of the unused rental days.
In case of scooter theft, the renter will be charged based on current market value of the scooter.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties.
Zoom Bali Rental is not liable for personal injury, loss, or accidents during the rental period.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, power failures, etc.).
Breaking any of the above terms may result in immediate cancellation of your rental without refund.
